Kung Fu Panda opening titles 

Just watched Kung Fu Panda last night. And it’s amazing. Perhaps the bottle of Rioja which accompanied played a part, but this is one of the best films I’ve seen all year.

I was impressed to read on Art of the Title a quote from Hameed Shaukat, it’s producer:
“I can’t stress enough, neither the opening Dream Sequence of Kung Fu Panda nor the character animation in the End Credits contain any CG animation. It’s all 2D/traditional/hand-drawn.”

Opening titles are a big draw for me: North by North West, Psycho (hence my Blog’s styling of course!), Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace could all be 3 minutes long for me!
